If you call Product Support during normal business
hours and get a recorded message, it just means
we are on the phone with other customers. Please
leave your name and phone number (including area
code). We return all customer calls promptly.
Any messages left before 5:00 PM Pacific Time
will be returned on the same business day.
Every teenSMART program (not including additional
certifications) comes with a Program Instruction
booklet. This booklet walks you through all of
the computer-related portions of the program (minimum
system requirements, systems settings, installation,
entering student information, saving test results,
sending test results to ADEPT Driver). If you
did not receive, or have misplaced, your Program
Instructions booklet, click
