what my teenSMART discount savings will be?
Although ADEPT Driver works closely with its teenSMART
insurance partners, we do not have access to your
insurance policy information. Please call your
local insurance representative to determine the
amount of your teenSMART discount. Please note
that the teenSMART discount is not available in
all states.

I’m
an Allstate customer. How do I get my teenSMART
discount?
Allstate customers are required to present their
original teenSMART certificate of completion directly
to their Allstate agent. The Allstate agent applies
the discount. The teenSMART discount is effective
as of the day the certificate is presented to
the agent.

I’m
a AAA customer. How do I get my teenSMART discount?
ADEPT Driver sends teenSMART certification results
directly to AAA on the 3rd and the 17th of each
month. Although AAA customers also receive a certificate
of completion, they do not have to present it
to their AAA representative. The AAA Policy Processing
department will apply the teenSMART discount to
the customer’s policy. Please allow at least
one week from the time AAA Policy Processing receives
the certification results for the discount to
be applied. If a AAA customer purchases and completes
the teenSMART program within 60 days of the new
business effective date, the discount will be
applied retroactively back to the inception date
of the new business policy. If the customer completes
teenSMART more than 60 days from the new business
policy effective date, the discount will be applied
as of the date the teen passed the certification
test.

a Liberty Mutual customer. How do I get my teenSMART discount?
ADEPT Driver sends teenSMART certification results
directly to Liberty Mutual twice a month. Although Liberty Mutual customers also receive a certificate
of completion, they do not have to present it
to their Liberty Mutual representative. Liberty Mutual will apply the teenSMART discount to
the customer’s policy. Please allow at least
one week from the time Liberty Mutual receives
the certification results for the discount to
be applied. The discount will be applied
as of the date the teen passed the certification
test.
