The teenSMART Student ID is a unique, alphanumeric
identifier that indicates you have purchased a
valid teenSMART certification license. To receive
a certificate of completion from ADEPT Driver,
a teen must have a valid teenSMART Student ID.

Where
do I find my Student ID?
If you purchased teenSMART certification directly
from ADEPT Driver, your Student ID will be printed
on the packing slip enclosed with your program.
The packing slip references your customer number,
order number, shipping address, etc. The Student
ID(s) can be found halfway down the page, in the
section detailing the items included in the shipment.
If you purchased the program from a vendor other
than ADEPT Driver, your Student ID should be found
on a sticker on the outside of the teenSMART box.
There may also be a form included inside the box
that lists the Student ID, as well as a sticker on the CD set with the same information.

Why is the
Student ID important?
The Student ID is important because it is the
unique identifier that ADEPT Driver uses to match
your certification test results back to your original
order. Entering an incorrect/invalid Student ID
will cause your certificate of completion from
ADEPT to be delayed.

Where
do I enter the Student ID in the teenSMART program?
The Student ID should be entered in the Student
Information screen the first time you sign in
to the teenSMART program. The Student ID field
is the very first field in this screen.

What do
I do if I lost my Student ID?
If you purchased the program directly from ADEPT
Driver, you can call us and we can provide you
with the correct Student ID. If you purchased
the program from a vendor other than ADEPT, we
recommend you contact that vendor directly to
see if they kept a record of your Student ID with
the purchase documents.

What is the Validation Code?
The Validaton Code is a unique, alphanumeric identifier that, when entered with your Student ID, allows you to start the teenSMART program. Your Validation Code can be found in the same place you found your Student ID (packing slip, sticker on the CD set inside the box). Please note that older versions of teenSMART do not require a Validation Code.
