Windows 98 Users: Please make sure your Display Properties are set as indicated in the first Q&A on page 15 of the Program Instructions booklet.

Why do I need
a unique Student ID and Validation Code?
ADEPT Driver uses the teenSMART Student ID to
match your test results to your order. Your Student
ID and Validation Code can be found on the packing slip sent with
the program (if ordered directly from ADEPT).
If your Student ID and Validation Code are entered incorrectly, you will not be allowed to start the program. Please note that older versions of teenSMART do not require a Validation Code.

I
entered incorrect information in the Student Information
screen. Can I edit it?
Your Student ID, Validation Code and name cannot be edited once you complete your registration. Other information you enter in the Student Information
screen can be edited up until the point that you
successfully pass the certification test. You
will not be able to edit any information after
you successfully pass the certification test.

Can I exit
the program in the middle of a CBT?
If you exit the program in the middle of a CBT,
you will be required to restart that CBT from
the beginning the next time you run the program.
For this reason, we recommend that you allow approximately
20 - 30 minutes to complete each CBT.
