What is
ADEPT Driver’s return policy?
1. THERE IS NO REFUND AVAILABLE ONCE A TEEN HAS
CERTIFIED.
2. Items must be returned in RESALABLE CONDITION
within 30 DAYS of customer receipt.
3. ADEPT must receive the returned product in
order to process a refund. To ensure ADEPT’s
receipt of your return, we recommend that you
send it by UPS, FedEx, insured First-Class Mail, or any method which can be tracked. It is not necessary to return the package by overnight mail.
4. Complete the ADEPT Driver Return Form and include
the form with your return.
5. Allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed.
6. If your order was paid for with a credit card,
the same card will be credited. If your order
was paid for by check, a check will be issued.
7. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
