After placing your order, download instructions will be emailed along with your license key.
This is usually caused by security software that is controlling Internet access and blocking the product from using the Internet connection. Check your security software, including the Windows Defender Firewall if you are using Windows, to see if the ADEPT Driver product is listed as a blocked program.
After installation is complete, there will be an icon for your product on the computer’s desktop. Double-click this icon to open the product. Enter your license key to register (create your account). After you have registered, enter your password and click Login to get started.
The license key is in the order confirmation email you received, which also includes the download link.
This is usually caused by security software that is controlling Internet access and blocking the ADEPT Driver product from using the Internet connection. Check your security software, including the Windows Defender Firewall if you are using Windows, to see if the product is listed as a blocked program.
If the movies are playing poorly, compare the computer’s specifications to the system requirements listed above.
If available, a different computer can also be used (no progress is lost when switching computers).
Log in to the ADEPT Driver product you have completed. Select the Menu button along the top. Select the Certification module from the menu (this should be the last module). This will open a page which includes a Send Certificate button.
There is no refund available once a user has passed the certification test at the end of the program.
A refund must be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase.

All ADEPT Driver software products have a version number in the lower left corner. If the version of your product meets or exceeds the version numbers listed below, then the product is supported.

Older versions should not be used and, in some cases, will no longer function. If you have an older product with an unused license key, we will exchange your unused old product for the latest version of that same product at no charge. Please contact Product Support for more information.
