For the online versions
A PC, Mac or Chromebook that meets these minimum specifications:
- We recommend using the Chrome web browser.
- Windows 10: 3.0 GHz Pentium 4 processor, 2 GB RAM (Recommend 4GB). Supported Browsers: Edge, Firefox, Chrome (Recommend updating to the latest browser version).
- Mac OSX 10.12 or newer: 2.0 GHz Core 2 Duo processor, 2 GB RAM. Supported Browsers: Safari, Chrome (Recommend updating to the latest browser version).
- Chrome OS: 81.0.4044 or newer, 2.16 GHz Celeron processor, 2 GB RAM (Recommend 4GB). Supported Browsers: Chrome.
- iPad OS 13.5.1: Gen 5 iPad or greater, Gen 2 iPad Air or greater. Supported Browsers: Safari, Chrome (Recommend updating to the latest browser version).
- 1280 x 720 minimum screen resolution
- External mouse recommended, speakers, keyboard and printer
- High speed internet connection
For the download / DVD versions

- Hard disk drive space: 2.5 GB
- Download version requires 5 GB hard disk drive space during installation process and 2.5 GB after the installation is complete
- DVD-ROM drive (not needed if you purchased the download version)
- 1280 x 720 minimum screen resolution
- External mouse recommended, speakers, keyboard and printer
- Internet connection
After placing your order, download instructions will be emailed to you along with your ID number. If this email has not arrived or has been misplaced, please contact Product Support at 800-808-5678, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, or email us at support@adeptdriver.com.
This is usually caused by security software that is controlling Internet access and blocking the product from using the Internet connection. Check your security software, including the Windows Defender Firewall if you are using Windows, to see if the product is listed as a blocked program. You can also contact Product Support at 800-808-5678, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, or email us at support@adeptdriver.com.
When the installation is complete, there will be an icon for your product on the computer’s desktop. Double-click this icon to open the product. Enter your ID number to register your product. After you have registered, enter your password and click Login to get started.
If you downloaded your product, then the ID is in the same email as the download link. If your product was mailed to you on a DVD, then the ID is on the packing slip that was in the envelope.
If your ID number is missing, 24/7 assistance is available at 877-233-7879.

- There is no refund available once a user has passed the certification test at the end of the program.
- A refund must be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase.

- Refunds are processed within a week of the date the request was made.
What Versions of Your Products Are Supported Now?
All ADEPT Driver products have a version number in the lower left corner. If the version of your product meets or exceeds the version numbers listed below, then the product is supported.

If I Have an Unsupported Product, Can I Still Use It?
Older versions should not be used and, in some cases, will no longer function. If you have an older product with an unused ID number, we will exchange your unused old product for the latest version of that same product at no charge.
